Vice President, Capital Markets

The Vice President, Capital Markets will play a critical leadership role in supporting the firm's global financing and capital raising activities, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Head of Capital Markets. Responsibilities include executing debt and equity transactions, managing lender and investor relationships, supporting fund-level capital raising initiatives, and helping optimize the capital structure across Cloud Capital's portfolio, working closely with the Investments, Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams to support acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, refinancings, and strategic capital initiatives.

Key duties: lead execution of debt financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations across portfolio assets, development projects, and fund structures; develop and maintain detailed financing models to evaluate debt capacity, covenant compliance, and capital structure optimization; support equity capital raising initiatives including fundraising materials, investor presentations, and due diligence responses; build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and institutional investors.

Requirements: bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Mathematics or a quantitative discipline; minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience within investment banking, infrastructure/private equity, real estate private equity, project finance, corporate finance, or capital markets; strong experience executing debt financings and capital raising transactions; demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and data centers.
