Experienced Investment Associate, Real Estate

CC Industries (Henry Crown & Company) is a Chicago-based, privately-held multi-generational family office managing business, philanthropic, and family interests with approximately 350 professionals. The investment portfolio encompasses wholly-owned operating companies, public and private equity investments, and real estate.

The Experienced Investment Associate, Real Estate serves as a key contributor to the real estate team's strategy, providing advanced analytical capabilities across diverse property types and investment structures. The role involves partnering with managers and directors to evaluate portfolio performance, capital allocation, and new investment opportunities.

Core responsibilities include leading advanced financial analysis including dynamic modeling of property-level, fund-level, and structured cash flows; managing large-scale transactions and multi-asset portfolio reviews; conducting deep-dive market research and developing investment theses for presentation to senior leadership and investment committees; and mentoring junior analysts. The Associate also contributes to quarterly and annual reporting through complex valuation and cash flow analyses.
