About This Role

CAZ Investments is seeking a Vice President, Investment Diligence to lead its Investment Management Team in evaluating and monitoring investment opportunities across private markets.

You will collaborate on initial due diligence and prepare Investment Memos to be presented to the Investment Committee. Additionally, you will assist the Portfolio Management Team in monitoring and tracking existing investments and portfolios, including gathering and analyzing data on existing investments.

CAZ Investments was founded in 2001 with the backing of some of the most respected families in Texas and has grown to manage more than $650 million of personal capital co-invested alongside its global network of investors. The firm provides exclusive access to unique alternative investments, focusing on opportunities typically available only to institutions with $250 million or more in investable assets.

The firm's alignment-of-interest model means that management compensation is largely tied to investor performance. CAZ's ownership consortium includes financial services veterans and Tony Robbins, co-author with Chairman and CIO Christopher Zook of The Holy Grail of Investing.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in private markets investment analysis, due diligence, or investment management. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and written communication skills required. Experience preparing investment committee materials and evaluating alternative investment opportunities across multiple asset classes is preferred.
