Vice President, Investment Diligence

CAZ Investments is a Houston-based alternative investment management firm founded in 2001 with the backing of prominent Texas families. The firm manages $650+ million of co-invested personal capital alongside its global investor base, providing exclusive access to unique alternative investment opportunities — including private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure — typically unavailable to investors with under $250M–$500M in investable assets.

CAZ is seeking a Vice President of Investment Diligence to join its investment team in Houston.

Role Overview:

The Vice President of Investment Diligence will play a key role in evaluating and underwriting alternative investment opportunities across CAZ's platform. The role involves deep due diligence on funds, co-investments, and direct opportunities, working closely with the senior investment team and CIO.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in alternative investments, private equity, or investment due diligence

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Experience evaluating fund managers, co-investments, or direct alternatives

- Based in Houston, TX
