Role Overview

The Investor Relations Team Leader will lead a portion of the Investor Relations (IR) Team, primarily responsible for driving ongoing service efforts for investor relationships, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations. The individual will work closely with all members of IR and cross-functional partners including Capital Formation, Marketing, Investment Management, Compliance, and Operations.

This leader will focus on creating raving fans among High-Net-worth Investors, Investment Advisors, Wealth Managers, and Multi-Family Offices who allocate their clients assets to CAZ vehicles, ensuring Teams deliver consistently excellent service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a portion of the IR team with a primary coaching, developing, and empowering focus rather than direct management of external relationships.

- Drive ongoing service efforts and communication standards for investor relationships.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Formation, Marketing, Investment Management, Compliance, and Operations teams.

- Maintain and improve investor satisfaction and retention by ensuring consistently excellent service delivery.

- Represent CAZ Investments to high-net-worth investors, investment advisors, wealth managers, and multi-family offices.
