Role Overview

The Associate, Portfolio Management & Operations is responsible for ensuring investment opportunities are successfully onboarded and monitored. This role collaborates with both the due diligence and portfolio management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Document and process new investment opportunities

- Communicate with external managers and Investment Management Team to monitor investments qualitatively and quantitatively

- Assist the Portfolio Management Team in monitoring and tracking investments and portfolios

- Maintain high-quality data across the full range of investment systems

- Provide updates and transparency across investments and portfolios to internal stakeholders

- Support coordination of the full investment lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing monitoring
