Role Overview

Carmel Partners is hiring a Senior Associate, Investor Services for its San Francisco office. Carmel Partners is one of the nation's leading specialists in real estate investment management, with expertise in the investment, development, and construction of multifamily real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure ownership and execution of daily investor relations operations, including IR inbox maintenance, investor list management, and data integrity

- Collaborate on the creation and evolution of investor communications and marketing materials, including content design and messaging

- Maintain operational functions while identifying and leading process efficiencies across the department

- Uphold comprehensive records across CRM, Preqin/Evestment, and fund administration systems

- Partner with the Senior Vice President on project management of investor-facing initiatives and participate in fundraising efforts

Reporting Line

The Senior Associate reports to the Senior Vice President, Investor Services, and is a key contributor to the team's core operations at the intersection of finance, real estate, and communications.
