Senior Analyst, Asset Management

Bridge33 Capital, a rapidly growing vertically integrated real estate private equity firm specializing in open-air retail properties, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management in Seattle, WA. Bridge33 is preparing to launch its next fund and is building out its asset management capability. The Senior Analyst will support Asset Managers across an assigned portfolio: preparing annual operating budgets, tracking property performance, supporting lease analysis, coordinating with property management teams, and contributing to quarterly and annual investor reporting. This hybrid role (4 days on-site) offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle at an emerging REPE platform.
