### Key Responsibilities

Value Creation & Risk Management

- Identify risks and opportunities; synthesize insights on return drivers and concentration issues

Tools & Reporting

- Build analytical dashboards tracking liquidity, equity needs, and refinancing risk

- Maintain performance monitoring tools and enhance reporting packages

Process & Portfolio Management

- Support consistent processes for hold/sell decisions, valuations, and sale frameworks

- Maintain watchlists for high-impact assets

Roll-Forward Leadership

- Key operational and analytical role in the semiannual roll-forward process

- Coordinate cross-team inputs and ensure assumption consistency

### Requirements

- 2-4 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or real estate investing

- Strong Excel proficiency for analytical tools; programming/data analytics experience preferred

- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base salary
