## PM Associate, Private Credit — Bain Capital

Bain Capital Credit, managing approximately $53 billion in assets, seeks an Associate for its Portfolio Management Team, supporting the Private Credit Group's $21 billion in assets across multiple investment vehicles.

### Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate portfolio positioning and capitalization across credit funds

- Structure and execute on funds, CLOs, and other structured financial products

- Build complex financial models for portfolio analysis

- Conduct research supporting portfolio management and investor communications

- Assist with strategic growth initiatives

### Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience; strong preference for prior credit market experience

- Strong financial modeling and capital markets knowledge

- Background in middle market lending, CLOs, or structured credit preferred

Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus.
