Origination / Credit Investments Manager

Arrow Global Group is seeking an experienced Originator to join its London team covering the UK and Irish markets. The role focuses on identifying, sourcing, underwriting and executing value-add real estate investment opportunities across sectors, within the firm's Living department.

This position is suited to a commercially minded real estate professional with a strong network in banking, insolvency and restructuring. Core responsibilities include originating value-add and special situation real estate opportunities, building relationships with insolvency practitioners, receivers, administrators and debt funds, supporting investment committee materials, and monitoring existing investments alongside the Asset Management team.

Arrow Global is a European alternative asset manager with over €8bn in AUM focused on private credit, real estate and asset management. Minimum 5 years in real estate private equity, private credit, structured finance or special situations required.
