Analyst, Private Equity Secondaries

The firm is hiring an Analyst to join its Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team in New York. Key responsibilities: evaluate investment opportunities through detailed due diligence, industry research, benchmarking, and financial modelling; conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on buyout, growth and other private equity limited partnership interests and underlying companies; prepare and present investment recommendations to committees and the broader investment team; support the investment team in transaction management and monitoring of existing investments; build industry relationships with fund sponsors, advisors, and conference attendees. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing; strong academic record; advanced financial analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities. Reports to Partner, Secondaries. Base salary range: $105,000-$135,000 plus discretionary performance-based bonus and benefits.
