Client Solutions Analyst

About the Role

Ardian - a global private investment leader managing or advising on $200 billion in assets, spanning Funds of Funds, Direct Funds (Infrastructure, Expansion, Mid Cap Buyout, Innovation & Growth), Co-Investments, Private Debt, and Real Estate - is hiring a Client Solutions Analyst for its Investor Relations team in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customized and standardized investor reports covering historical/projected performance, cash flow projections, portfolio diversification, and investment simulations

- Respond to ad-hoc investor reporting requests and investor inquiries on report data and fund activity

- Support fundraising by preparing quantitative and financial data for prospective investors during due diligence (cash flows, IRR, Multiple, Yield, asset characteristics)

- Help produce due diligence packs, marketing presentations and Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)

- Maintain the internal fund activity database and support quarterly investor database updates

- Help ensure accuracy of fund performance data reported to PREQIN, Mercer and Cambridge, and support benchmarking against the broader private equity market

Qualifications

- Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships, coursework, or full-time roles in investor relations or a related finance function; private equity exposure preferred)

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business school with a finance focus

- Fluency in English required (French a plus)

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Python, Power BI or SQL a plus
