Director – Oil & Gas, Energy & Chemicals Practice

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals, is seeking Directors for its Energy & Chemicals practice in Houston. The role supports private equity and corporate clients on high-stakes projects including strategy and portfolio management, transaction support (commercial/operational due diligence, carve-out assessment, synergy assessment), and operational improvement. The Director will lead engagements for PE portfolio companies in the Oil and Gas sector, specifically in Offshore, Midstream, and/or Downstream. Responsibilities include capital planning and allocation, integration planning, production management, rapid cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
