Associate, Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services

Houlihan Lokey, the leading global investment bank, is seeking an Associate for its Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice, available across multiple locations including Dallas. The PV practice is well-recognized in the alternative asset valuation community and has been named Best Valuations Firm for Hard to Value Assets consecutively for seven years. Clients include the world's largest hedge funds, private equity funds, direct lending funds, and BDCs. The Associate will advise clients on valuations of illiquid debt, equity, and complex securities for investor and regulatory financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities include performing complex financial analysis, building valuation models for illiquid assets, and working with PE/hedge fund clients on quarterly and annual valuations. The role offers unique exposure to a wide variety of asset classes combined with the firm's real-world transaction experience.
