Role Overview

Advantary Capital Partners is expanding its capital syndication function to convert a growing pipeline of venture, growth, and private equity opportunities into funded closes. The firm is hiring a senior Partner, Capital Syndication to lead allocator coverage and drive capital across active mandates — a high-impact, partner-level role for someone with existing trusted investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead allocator outreach across family offices, multi-family offices, HNWIs, corporates, and strategics

- Drive syndication processes from first conversation through diligence, allocation, documentation, and funded close

- Partner with deal teams to position opportunities, manage investor dialogue, and support negotiations

- Convert a deep active pipeline into funded transactions and repeatable allocator relationships

- Operate across multiple live deals spanning venture, growth, and private equity transactions

Qualifications

- Proven track record in capital formation, syndication, placement, investor relations, or adjacent fundraising roles

- Deep, trust-based relationships within the allocator and LP ecosystem

- Demonstrated funded closes, not just introductions

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capability

Compensation & Location

Equity participation as an LLC member, performance-based cash with uncapped upside, and carried interest with uncapped upside. Remote-friendly.
