The firm is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence through execution and portfolio monitoring. The role offers rare cross-asset exposure, evaluating deals across Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Private Credit within a single, high-conviction platform.

Key responsibilities include sourcing high-quality investment opportunities and building strategic relationships to drive deal flow across North America and Europe. The SVP will conduct rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence, preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments. The role also involves evaluating complex capital structures across diverse asset classes, mentoring junior team members, and engaging directly with the firm's growing membership base of sophisticated limited partners.

The SVP will partner with the membership base to produce high-quality content that fuels investor engagement and expands the firm's institutional and individual client reach.

The role reports directly to Michael Leffell, a former Deputy Executive Managing Member of Davidson Kempner with over two decades of institutional alternative investing experience. The environment is collaborative and office-based in Midtown Manhattan, with significant ownership and breadth in a small-team setting.
