Private Equity Associate, Generalist

A lower middle market private equity firm is looking to add a Junior Associate to its investment team. The role offers broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives alongside senior investment professionals.

The team invests across a range of sectors, with a focus on founder-owned and family-owned businesses in the industrials, business services, healthcare, and tech-enabled services sectors.

Key responsibilities include supporting transaction execution and due diligence processes, building and analyzing financial models and valuation materials, conducting industry, company, and market research, assisting with investment committee materials and presentations, working closely with portfolio company management teams on operational and strategic initiatives, and evaluating new investment opportunities and add-on acquisitions.
