About This Role

Greenstone is a fund placement and distribution firm that connects global private market funds with Hong Kong's institutional, professional, and wealth investors. The firm serves as a capital raising intermediary for alternative asset managers across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, and secondaries strategies.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on originating and executing fundraising opportunities. The successful candidate will act as Greenstone's coverage support in Hong Kong, responsible for building long-term investor relationships and driving capital raising across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, and alternative strategies.

Key responsibilities include supporting fundraising across Hong Kong for assigned private market mandates, developing and executing Hong Kong-focused distribution strategies alongside fund managers and internal teams, and originating and managing investor relationships across private banks, family offices, external asset managers, insurers, pensions, and endowments. The role involves leading investor meetings, roadshows, and fundraising discussions, as well as managing the full fundraising lifecycle from origination through pitching, due diligence, and closing.

On the investor coverage side, the role requires building and owning a high-quality network of Hong Kong-based investors, developing a deep understanding of allocator behaviour, mandates, and decision-making processes, and tracking investor appetite, allocation trends, and product demand.

The role also includes providing real-time product-market fit feedback to the mandate sourcing team, contributing to fund positioning and strategy for Hong Kong-targeted products, and ensuring adherence to Hong Kong private placement regulations.

Fluency in English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
