Associate Director, Investor Delivery - Private Equity

The firm is seeking an Associate Director, Investor Delivery to join its Private Equity team in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, the role involves supporting senior leadership with department initiatives, projects, and budget adherence, while managing the team's deliverables in relation to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash operations.

The Associate Director will ensure the investor onboarding team supports client integration processes professionally and positively. The role involves managing escalated queries and concerns from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments, and working with the internal AML team and administrators to ensure all AML requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and signing off on schedules, reports, and files in compliance with organizational controls, allocating resources to ensure Service Level Agreement compliance, and managing and supporting individual team member performance. The role requires maintaining high standards of service quality for private equity fund clients across investor operations.
