As a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure , you will lead complex infrastructure and real estate projects across Mexico, driving execution from concept to completion. You will act as a key facilitator across teams, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires a highly proactive, solution-oriented professional who can think outside the box and operate with a high degree of autonomy. About the Role Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of infrastructure projects (terminals, curbstops, shops). Drive real estate, design, and construction project follow-up to ensure timely execution. Act as a facilitator across teams, unblocking issues and enabling project owners to move forward. Maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, critical path, and deadlines. Use project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to track timelines, risks, and deliverables. Proactively identify risks and raise issues early to avoid escalations. Ensure strong follow-up on all action items until resolution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including DAC, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Prepare and lead status meetings, ensuring clear documentation and accountability. Report directly to the Expert Project Manager, providing structured and transparent updates. Mentor and support the Junior Project Manager. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, or real estate. Experience in large-scale or expansion projects (e.g. infrastructure rollouts, transportation, urban development). Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent). Strong understanding of project structuring (task breakdown, dependencies, critical path, deadlines). Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Highly proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to have: PMI certification or formal project management training. Experience in fast-growth or international environments.
