TruCapital Partners, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Director, Deal Structuring & Negotiation to architect, negotiate, and execute complex financing solutions for top-tier private markets managers across Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. This is a high-impact, front-end role for a strategic dealmaker who enjoys shaping structures, navigating sophisticated counterparties, and driving transactions from concept through close.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the structuring strategy for complex credit facilities from initial concept through documentation, negotiation, and close

- Lead negotiations with borrowers, legal counsel, administrative agents, and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound financing solutions

- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation ensuring alignment across investment, operations, and onboarding teams

- Challenge assumptions and propose innovative structures, influencing deal design and commercial outcomes

- Build and maintain deep relationships with borrowers, co-lenders, and service providers

- Design bespoke solutions across ABL secured lending, CFOs/Rated Feeders, NAV facilities, Secondaries, GP facilities, and multi-jurisdictional structures (Delaware, UK, Cayman, Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Scotland)

- Oversee the full lifecycle of each facility including deliverables, KPIs, and periodic reviews
