Key Responsibilities

- Support due diligence, financial modeling, and deal negotiations on global investments

- Conduct primary and secondary market research including market sizing and value chain analysis

- Develop executive materials and presentations for senior leadership

- Manage strategic projects and evaluate M&A opportunities

- Monitor portfolio companies for performance and strategic developments

- Travel up to 25% for deal-related activities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university

- 1–2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity at a leading tier-1 firm

- Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Self-motivated with passion for technological innovation
