Manager Corporate Development

Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) is a private equity-backed veterinary platform that acquires, invests in, and supports veterinary practices and animal hospitals across the United States. The company is highly acquisitive and focused on continued growth and expansion into new regional markets, providing industry-leading business support services to its partner practices post-acquisition.

WVP is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to support its acquisition efforts, including analyzing new opportunities and playing a significant role in deal execution and due diligence. The role involves working within a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities include financial analysis and valuation of acquisition targets, deal execution and due diligence, and building relationships with selling owners and key stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Development and works closely with senior executives to drive transactions aligned with WVP's strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have strong financial modeling and valuation skills, prior M&A or transaction experience (investment banking, private equity, consulting, or capital markets), and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.

The role is based in Denver, Colorado with a hybrid schedule (two days in office per week).
