The Business Development team is looking for an Investor Relations & Business Development Associate suited for a sales-oriented professional with a strong interest in client relationship management and a passion for impact investing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Business Development team in acquiring new investors and managing existing client relationships, while building your own client portfolio over time

- Contribute to the preparation and execution of client outreach initiatives, sales events, and investor meetings

- Assist in preparing marketing materials, fund presentations, and investor reporting packages

- Coordinate responses to investor due diligence questionnaires and RFPs

- Work closely with the investment and product teams to stay current on portfolio performance and impact metrics

- Maintain CRM systems and track investor pipeline activity
