Manager - Finance Practice (PE Portfolio Operations)

AURELIUS is a global alternative investment firm with a focus on private equity and private debt, employing over 400 professionals across 9 offices in Europe and North America. This Manager role sits within AURELIUS WaterRise, the firm's 180-strong operational advisory arm that works directly with portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.

The Finance Practice covers liquidity management, reporting and KPI frameworks, budgeting, finance transformation, tax and legal support. The successful candidate will work alongside portfolio company management teams on complex operational challenges from due diligence and 100-day plans through to exit.

AURELIUS has an ownership mindset and a hands-on approach — this role requires direct engagement with portfolio leadership rather than advisory from the sidelines.
