Private Equity Associate

Raffles Family Office (Raffles FO) is a multi-family office headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai, and Beijing. The firm provides comprehensive family office services including independent asset management, advanced wealth solutions, fund services, and family governance advisory, serving families across the Asia Pacific region.

The Private Equity Associate will join the investment team with a focus on venture capital, growth-stage private equity, and buy-out co-investments. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting detailed due diligence on the financial viability, risk, and return profiles of target companies, assisting the Head of Private Equity in evaluating opportunities and making investment recommendations, managing and monitoring existing global portfolio investments including quarterly report review and strategic guidance to portfolio companies, contributing to internal fundraising efforts by preparing investor presentations and maintaining investor relationships, and planning and executing exit strategies including secondary market transactions, IPOs, and M&A transactions.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a Big 4 accounting firm, with strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities. Experience with venture or growth-stage investments is advantageous.
