Associate, International Real Estate

Role Overview

QuadReal Property Group ($98.5B AUM, headquartered in Vancouver) is hiring an Associate for its International Real Estate Team in London, reporting to the SVP, International Real Estate, with a primary focus on UK and European investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquisitions and asset management of joint ventures, separate accounts, direct and fund investments across the UK and Europe

- Analyze new investment opportunities and recommend approvals; underwriting, due diligence, market research, risk assessment

- Oversight of the existing international portfolio: performance updates, operations, valuations, capital budget reviews

- Site inspections and market research in target markets

- Author investment memoranda and materials for Investment Committee discussions

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Math/Statistics, or Business

- 3-6 years' experience in real estate investment (pension plan, sovereign wealth fund, endowment, investment bank, or investment manager)

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel/PowerPoint; Argus Enterprise a plus
