Acquisitions & Investment Analyst

QC Capital, a private equity firm focused on retail, car wash, and oil change platforms, is seeking an Acquisitions and Investment Analyst in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to the CEO, the Analyst will serve as a key analytical partner to leadership, delivering data-driven insights and supporting efficient capital deployment across multiple service-based verticals. The role involves performing detailed financial analysis and underwriting of acquisition opportunities across retail, car wash, and quick lube platforms, building and maintaining complex financial models including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and scenario and sensitivity modeling. The Analyst will evaluate potential investments for strategic alignment, operational scalability, and risk-adjusted return profile, and conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across automotive services and retail sectors. Additional responsibilities include supporting deal execution through financial diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring, preparing investment memoranda and presentations for executive leadership, and tracking acquisition pipeline activity. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or related field and experience in financial analysis or private equity.
