Vice President, Investor Relations

Adams Street Partners, a global private markets investment manager with nearly $70 billion in assets under management, is seeking an accomplished business development professional to join its Investor Relations team in Hong Kong. This Vice President will focus on the firm's fundraising and client service activities across Asia, with a primary focus on Greater China.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding and diversifying Adams Street's investor base in the region, while providing core account management support to the firm's Asian clients—who have collectively committed $17 billion to Adams Street funds.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a systematic Asia business development strategy, generating new revenue through disciplined prospecting and pipeline management, and building long-term relationships with institutional investors, private wealth clients, private banks, and other market participants. The role involves representing Adams Street's full product platform—spanning primary investments, secondary investments, growth equity, private credit, and co-investments—and educating clients on portfolio construction opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings a comprehensive understanding of the Asian institutional investor base, strong knowledge of alternative investment products, and proven sales and relationship management skills in the alternatives space. A VP or above track record in fundraising or client coverage for a leading private markets manager is highly preferred.
