Non Executive Director - Private Equity Portfolio Advisory

Hamilton Bradshaw is a highly successful private equity and investment firm with over 25 years of established trading history, specialising in the professional services sector with SME businesses generating EBITDA below £10 million. The firm has approximately 22 active portfolio investments and completes 1–2 new acquisitions and 1–2 exits per year.

The firm is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to work closely with the Founder and CEO on a strategic advisory basis, involving approximately 2–3 days per month.

Key areas of involvement include portfolio performance oversight, strategic guidance to portfolio leadership teams, supporting acquisition evaluations and investment decisions, advising on scaling strategies, assisting with exit preparation and value realisation, and providing independent governance and commercial insight at board level.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a seasoned executive from a leading management consultancy, investment bank, or senior corporate background with board-level experience in private equity or professional services.
