Investment Banking Vice President, Healthcare IT

Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President on its Healthcare IT team, based in Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA, or New York, NY. The VP will work on transactions in the healthcare information technology sector, partnering with corporate clients and financial sponsors across the full investment banking product suite.

The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of investment banking experience, or an MBA degree with 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience. Meaningful M&A transaction experience is required. The role requires the ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction, strong business writing skills including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations, and strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.

Client management skills and the ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
