Associate, Business Services M&A (Asset & Wealth Management)

Lincoln International (NYSE: LCLN) seeks an Associate for its Business Services M&A practice focused on the Asset & Wealth Management sector, based in New York. The Associate will support M&A transaction execution in the asset and wealth management sector, working with private equity-backed companies and independent sponsors. Responsibilities typically include financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, preparation of marketing materials and management presentations, and client management support.
