Associate, Industrials M&A

Lincoln International (NYSE: LCLN) is hiring an Associate for its Industrials M&A practice in Los Angeles. Lincoln is a premier investment banking advisor to leading private equity firms, portfolio companies, and privately held businesses, with services spanning M&A advisory, private funds and capital markets advisory, and valuations and fairness opinions.

The Industrials team focuses on manufacturing, distribution, transportation, aerospace, defense, and business services sectors, executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions as well as private capital raises for PE-backed and independent companies.

The Associate will play a central role in transaction execution including financial modeling, LBO and DCF valuation, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, preparation of confidential information memoranda and management presentations, and coordination of due diligence processes with buyers and their advisors.
