Fund Operation Manager (VP)

BEENEXT, a Singapore-based venture capital firm, is hiring a Fund Operation Manager at the VP level. The role covers the full spectrum of fund operations including LP onboarding, portfolio company onboarding, investor relations, legal agreement review, KYC/AML compliance, portfolio monitoring, capital calls and distributions, investment due diligence support, regulatory compliance (MAS), audit coordination, and fund accounting.

Key responsibilities include managing the full onboarding process for Limited Partners ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating the onboarding of new portfolio companies, leading LP communication and support including regular reporting and investor inquiries, performing KYC/AML checks and verifying Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs and new investees, and preparing and executing capital calls and distributions.
