Director, Deal Manager - Agency Lending

PGIM Real Estate, one of the nation's largest full-service commercial real estate lenders, is seeking a Director Deal Manager to join its Agency Lending team in a hybrid capacity. PGIM Real Estate originates a wide variety of commercial mortgage investments for Prudential's General Account, investment management clients, and third-party capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and other institutional investors.

As a senior member of the multifamily Deal Management team, the Director will provide critical support to origination staff with deal review, pricing, structuring, and process navigation to drive new business. The role requires deep expertise in Agency requirements including credit tolerances and pricing structures, and the successful candidate will participate in training new associates and analysts.

Key responsibilities include providing support to origination staff on Agency requirements and deal structuring, serving as the primary liaison between PGIM and Agency production and credit staff, applying thorough knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies and procedures, sizing, structuring, and pricing individual transactions to win new business, and preparing and reviewing quality quote requests within 24 to 48 hours of screening.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be based in any of the following locations: Arlington VA, Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, Los Angeles CA, Newark NJ, or Dallas TX. This is a senior investment and deal management position within one of the world's largest global asset managers, with Prudential Financial's full institutional platform behind it.
