Investment Analyst, Direct Lending

PGIM Private Capital is seeking an Investment Analyst for their Direct Lending team. PGIM Private Capital is the private fixed income arm of PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, managing approximately $95 billion in assets. The Direct Lending team provides customized debt financing solutions to U.S. middle-market companies. The Analyst will support senior investment professionals across the full deal lifecycle, including evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting credit analysis and financial modeling, participating in due diligence, preparing investment committee memos, and monitoring existing portfolio companies. Responsibilities also include tracking market trends in private credit, assisting in investor reporting, and contributing to deal structuring analysis. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, or private credit, exceptional analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling. This role offers direct exposure to PGIM Private Capital's senior deal teams and the full private credit investment cycle.
