VP / Director, Opportunistic Real Estate Private Equity Investments

PER is recruiting a Vice President / Director on behalf of a well-capitalised international investment and development group with an extensive real estate platform. The firm seeks a senior professional to join its London office, focusing on opportunistic real estate private equity investments and developments worldwide.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role offering broad transaction exposure across multiple asset classes and geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior decision-makers to identify, evaluate, and execute investments across key international markets.

Responsibilities include originating and assessing opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally, leading financial analysis and underwriting, preparing investment committee materials, managing due diligence and transaction execution from inception to closing, developing relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and external advisors, monitoring portfolio performance, and contributing to investment strategy development.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate private equity, principal investing, development, or investment banking, with strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills. Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable. The role requires commercial instincts, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel internationally.
