Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an integral member of Pantheon's Infrastructure Investment Team, focused on structuring, negotiating, and executing infrastructure secondary transactions

- Support closing of investments across the Pantheon infrastructure platform, including primary fund investments, secondary transactions (both LP-led and GP-led), and co-investments

- Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, including highly complex transactions and negotiation of legal documents with counterparties

- Work cross-functionally with Pantheon's broader infrastructure team on deal execution
