Investment Banking Analyst, Private Capital Advisory

Moelis & Company is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst for its Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group in New York, specifically on the Secondary Advisory team. The team advises financial sponsors and institutional investors on strategic liquidity solutions across the private capital universe, including GP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles, tender offers, structured preferred equity, NAV loans, and GP stake sales. Analysts gain exposure to all aspects of the GP-led secondary market and work alongside senior bankers on live deal execution. Responsibilities include company and fund-level due diligence, financial modeling (LBOs, continuation fund models, waterfall analysis), preparation of marketing materials (CIMs, teasers), and managing investor outreach and diligence. The role requires completion of a Suited assessment as part of the application process.
