About This Role

Investments focus on high-growth sectors including the Digital Economy, Green and Bio-Economy, Next-Gen Hardware, Healthcare, and other select industry clusters.

The team is seeking a Manager (1-year contract) to support portfolio management across a diversified portfolio of investments in private companies, public equities, and fund commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with portfolio optimisation initiatives for private companies

- Monitor performance of public portfolio companies and assist with corporate actions and compliance with exchange regulations

- Monitor and provide updates on EDBI portfolio of funds and direct investments, reviewing management and financial reports

- Assist in investment assessment and valuation, including financial forecasts, scenario analysis, waterfall construction, DCF, IRR analysis, and comparables assessment

- Maintain internal reporting systems, dashboards and fund report reconciliations

- Work closely with Legal and Investment teams on transaction execution, compliance, and corporate actions

- Prepare management reports and support general administrative duties for the Corporate Finance team

Candidate Profile:

- Background in investment management, corporate finance, or financial analysis within private markets or institutional investment

- Strong financial modelling skills including DCF, IRR, and comparables analysis

- Experience with portfolio monitoring and reporting in a PE, VC, or government investment context

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage multiple workstreams

- Familiarity with public equity compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
