Financial Analyst - Capital Solutions - Secondary Solutions Pod

Houlihan Lokey is hiring a Financial Analyst for its Secondary Solutions Pod within the Capital Solutions group, based in its forthcoming West Palm Beach office. The Secondary Solutions Group advises private equity sponsors and institutional investors on PE secondary transactions, a market that exceeded $225B in volume in 2025. The team specializes in GP-led transactions including continuation vehicles, single- and multi-asset restructurings, and tender offers, as well as LP portfolio sales and fund interest transfers. Analysts work alongside senior bankers on live deals from origination through close. Responsibilities include building complex LBO models and fund-level waterfall models, supporting deal execution and due diligence on portfolio companies and GP managers, and preparing client materials such as CIMs and pitch books. The Capital Solutions Group comprises approximately 200 professionals globally.
