Investor Relations Senior Associate - Private Equity

Metis Search is recruiting on behalf of a mid-market private equity buyout fund seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for their Investor Relations team.

The role is a hybrid Project Management and Distribution position covering all aspects of IR and fundraising. Responsibilities include managing investor communications, coordinating fundraising activities, preparing investor materials and reports, and supporting LP relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of Investor Relations, PE investing or Placement Agent experience.
