Infrastructure Investments Associate

A leading infrastructure private equity fund based in Florida is seeking an Investment Associate at the Senior Associate or Vice President level to join its growing investment team. The firm has delivered record levels of annual growth and maintains a strong deal flow pipeline across the infrastructure sector.

This investment professional role spans the full deal lifecycle, from origination through execution. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end deal processes, leading due diligence and financial analysis, structuring investments, and presenting recommendations to the investment committee. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships across the digital infrastructure ecosystem and supporting portfolio company oversight and board engagement.

The firm invests broadly across infrastructure verticals including traditional infrastructure (energy, transport, utilities) and digital infrastructure (data centers, fiber, towers). The team environment is collaborative, with the successful candidate mentoring junior associates and contributing to long-term investment strategy.

Required: 3+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking at a Tier 1 institution; proven infrastructure investing track record; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
