Private Capital Advisory – Associate/Senior Associate

A leading global placement agent is expanding its New York-based Private Capital Advisory team. The firm offers exposure to a broad range of transactions across private markets, including primaries, secondaries, and co-investments spanning private equity, private credit, and real assets.

The Associate or Senior Associate will serve as a central project management resource within the fundraising lifecycle, working directly with LPs and GPs on deal execution. The role involves preparing marketing and fundraising materials, leading due diligence processes (DDQs and RFPs), coordinating project timelines, and maintaining CRM systems and investor data.

The ideal candidate has prior experience at a placement agent or investment bank within a Private Capital Advisory function. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams are essential.
