Chief Financial Officer

A premier PE-backed aerospace and defense contract manufacturing platform is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. The PE sponsor, with over $50 billion in AUM, aims to drive EBITDA growth by 5x over 3-5 years through acquisitions and operational professionalization.

The CFO will lead all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and investor reporting while partnering with the PE sponsor and board. Responsibilities include driving M&A integration as the platform executes an aggressive buy-and-build strategy in Aerospace & Defense.

Required: 15-25+ years in financial leadership, ideally with A&D manufacturing background at companies with $75M-$400M revenue. Critical experience: PE ownership exposure, M&A integration leadership, board-level engagement. Compensation includes competitive base salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant.
