President Services Division

JRG Partners is conducting a retained executive search for a President of the Services Division at a market-leading private equity-backed industrial company in the Detroit area. The company has received recent PE capital injection and the President will have complete P&L ownership, reporting directly to the CEO. The role targets doubling division revenue and tripling EBITDA over 3-5 years through organic growth and M&A. Required: 15+ years progressive leadership with 5-7 years as President or GM with $50M+ P&L, deep industrial sector experience, and PE portfolio company background strongly preferred.
