Investment Analyst

Cherry Ventures is hiring an Investment Analyst (Investment Associate) to join its Berlin team. Cherry Ventures is a Berlin-based early-stage venture capital firm investing in technology companies across the DACH region and Europe.

The analyst will source investment opportunities and build relationships within the European tech ecosystem, with particular focus on the DACH region. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, analyzing financial data, developing investment theses, and supporting portfolio companies through board meetings and strategic guidance. The role requires researching emerging sectors and market trends and contributing to firm culture and operations.

Cherry Ventures offers a competitive salary plus carried interest and 30 days holiday. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in venture capital or 2–4 years in tech startup roles in product, sales, or engineering. Management consulting backgrounds with VC exposure are also considered. Candidates must demonstrate strong network-building capability, analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity about technology, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to early-stage investing.
