Role Overview

Mapletree is hiring a Vice President, Asset Management to lead oversight of a significant UK portfolio within its global student accommodation platform. The role sits at the intersection of investment, operations and strategy, driving asset performance and leading a high-performing asset management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee portfolio strategy, business planning and operational performance

- Drive income growth, pricing, leasing and capital initiatives

- Lead the asset management team and shape the future direction of a significant living-sector portfolio

Qualifications

- Significant real estate asset management experience, ideally in PBSA, build-to-rent, hospitality, residential, or other operational real estate sectors

- Track record of driving asset performance, NOI growth and value creation across complex portfolios

- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a hands-on operational mindset

- Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across investment, operations and third-party partners
