Private Equity Associate – Value-Add Infrastructure

A leading global investment platform is seeking an Investment Associate for its value-add infrastructure private equity strategy, with offices in New York and London, via Madison Hunt.

The firm focuses on value-add investments across energy, water and waste, telecommunications, and transportation sectors. Fund I has delivered strong success, and Fund II is currently underway with significant momentum.

The Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of new transactions and contributing to deal activity across the platform's expanding infrastructure strategy.

Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of new infrastructure investments, building and maintaining financial models, conducting investment analysis and due diligence, working closely with senior team members on deal structuring and execution, and contributing to portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience, strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, genuine interest in infrastructure and real assets particularly within value-add strategies, and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a growing global platform.
